I have always had a strong passion for teaching, which naturally led me to pursue opportunities as an English tutor. Over the past four years, I have gained extensive experience working in tutorial centres as well as providing private tutoring, supporting students of different ages and learning needs. One of my most memorable experiences was helping a student who had previously repeated a grade progress to become one of the top students in their form, which demonstrated both my commitment and ability to support meaningful academic improvement. I am currently studying Education and English at The University of Hong Kong, one of the leading universities in the region, which further strengthens my academic and pedagogical foundation. In addition, I have achieved strong results in several public examinations, including an IELTS score of 8, a Grade 9 in GCSE, a Grade A in GCE AS Chinese, and a DELF A2 qualification in French with the highest grade. I take English as my primary language of instruction and communication and I am confident in my ability to teach effectively in bilingual contexts. I have also worked with students with special educational needs, which has equipped me with the skills to adapt my teaching strategies to suit diverse learners. These experiences have reinforced my passion for teaching.
